When and what will we get from AC3 Pre-order

When do you think we'll be able to pre-order AC3?
and what deal will we get from the pre-order ?
a multi/single DLC? or maybe a previous AC game, such as AC1?

I hope we do get the extra single player missions (especially the Pirate Musket one), and maybe a digital version of George's notebook (like they did with Brotherhood with the Codex) and heck, maybe the digital version of the comic "Subject Four"?
