UI issues with Mac version of KBTL

There are some UI issues with skill selection during combat in the Mac version of KBTL.

For example, using an ability such as the Wolf's Fear during combat results in the game not properly registering the action and therefore having to cancel it.

There's also a weird issue caused by pressing F1. Finally, the Steam overlay doesn't seem to work.
