Game Launcher Has Stopped working

Every time i start the game from steam or my Desktop it would start and my screen would go black and then i get a error message saying Game Launcher Has Stopped Working. I have a Windows Vista. I dont know what the problem is.

Most people have the same problem but typically in-game; such as in battles and loading screens. Shoddy coding.
