How is Voice Chat for you?

So far, I haven't come across many people who have been trying to use voice chat, but the few times I encounter another person who is using their mic, they keep cutting in and out, and they say they don't understand what I'm saying. Is anyone else having bad results with the voice chat?

I don't use the in-game chat in PC games any more unless I'm playing with somebody I know.

There's just nothing to say.

Only one person so far has used voice chat in the games that I've played. Disappointing considering the number of people that use mics in TF2, L4D and L4D2. His voice never cut out thought.

The reason I tend not to use voice chat in games like MNC (ie TF2) is because even if I do talk, no one listens, so it makes no difference.

Seems to be around 50/50 split between hearing people fine and hearing the voice cutting out like crazy.

The quality could be tons better, but from what I've seen the voice chat really helps coordinate teams.

One thing it needs to allow us to do is talk while dead. Ffs can't tell people to watch out or something at all.

I can't get it to work. I press T and I hear the broadcast sound, but no one has ever responded that they can hear me.

I use ventrilo with my friends when we play together so it's not a huge loss.

Crystal clear here, I've heard a few guys speaking and it's nice and clear.

I haven't spoken though yet as their is no visual indicator (as far as I'm aware) of who's speaking so as soon as that's added I'll try it then.

Nonexistent.

I've never heard anyone use it, and when I use it I can't tell if anyone hears me.

It's worse than on the Xbox. And on the Xbox nobody talked. I always partied up with a group and we used the group chat function in live.

Anyway, I always make an effort to voice chat when nessessary. I'm the jerk that tells everyone that we need to hold the annihilator spot since it's going to be available soon. I also alert our team to the side the other guys are pushing on.

No one talks back yet...so that's all I really say outside of GG.

I really hope they improve it. That's about the only thing missing from the game now; being able to coordinate and strategize with your team actively.
