Steam Support Ticket average response time?

Hey All,

2days ago my account was hijacked and I have sent a ticket to Steam Support but no response yet. Does anyone know how long it takes on average to reply, I know people must ask this alot, but I have major concerns about my credit cards that were stored on the account, Not to mention I had over 80 games .

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

Few days. They should get back to you soon, hijacks supposedly have high priority.

Is your account disabled already?

Average response time from steam support is 3 to 5 business days. Weekends are not counted.
However, as mouton said, hijack cases do take priority over the rest of normal issues.

Just have some patience and wait for a reply. Don't bump the ticket unless you have relevant info to add.

This week a Valve employee said it's about 36 hours.

Try to login, the login name is still the same and the password shouldn't matter in this case.

That means you can try any password you want, if the account is disabled, instead of telling you "wrong password" it will say "account disabled" (not exact words)

They should answer you soon.
Do they(support) answer just on business days, or on the weekends also?

Steam allowed me to add funds to my steam wallet. Now, i'm getting errors in TF2 that there is an issue when checking out -- to contact steam support.

I have to wait multiple days to have steam give me back my funds added to my wallet? Seriously? They took my money, and now I can't spend it?

That's theft, and that should have highest priority. They're not a bank -- they shouldn't be able to take my money and restrict me from purchasing games/items.

Wish I knew who to contact to report this type of criminal activity.
