Performance/Micro Stuttering on DX9/11

Howdy everyone. I'm enjoying Lost Planet 2, but I'm getting some serious micro stutter during game play. System is as follow

i7 950 at 4ghz (running in triple channel)
eVGA GTX 460 1 Gigabyte Superclocked x2 (in SLI)
12 gigabytes of Corsair DDR3 1600mhz ram
1000 watt Antec PSU
Playing at 1920x1080

Frame rate goes from 60s to 130, but the micro stutter is very annoying and noticeable. I have reinstallead, defraged, disabled SLI, turned off Hyperthreading, and still cannot find the issue.

Any insight would be great, but from what it seems, I'm the only one with this issue.

Also, I don't have the sensitivity issue you all are having :\ Bad trade I guess.
