SteamIntegrator: Incorrect Login

What i did: I launched the game from Steam then logged in with my Atlus account
*I already have an Atlus account
*I also reset my password then try to log in again

Symptom: The game won't launch and shows me "SteamIntegrator: Incorrect Login"

Ashsaver, Autumn Raynefyr, can you two log in correctly into the Atlus Online website with your ATLUS ID? If so, can you please submit support tickets?

I have found out that the game does not like having numbers attached to the account name. So if you can create a unique username without numbers it should allow it to work.

We've managed to fix the problem with the Atlus Online website. Go ahead and attempt to log in.

It still doesn't work for me though,at first i thought it was something to do with my Atlus account so i registered a new one, but still encounter the same thing.

Maybe I'll try to play from another machine.

I was having the same problem but I got it to work. It was related to my firewall. Normally, when a program tries to access the internet the firewall will pop up a message asking me if I want to allow the program access to do so. The firewall was not asking me to allow access to Pandora, after I would click on the Login button. So I manually added the 3 executables in the game's steam folder to my firewall's list of exceptions, and it let me log in after that.

I have the same issue. It lets me log into the site, but not through the client.

Sorry for the inconvenience, everyone. The developers are currently looking into the problem. AtlusDrone's answer was actually for a different (but similar) issue that was fixed, but not this particular one.

If you haven't already, would you mind submitting Support Tickets so the dev team can get access to your account names? They more information they have, the sooner they can track down the issue.

Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and will try our best to rectify this as soon as possible.

Im getting the same issue. I created a ticket on the Atlus Online website and they advised I change my password even though I specified I had already done that. But, I tried to change my password again and am still unable to login.....

I submitted a ticket with steam because it seemed to be a steam error and they told me to check the integrity of the game cache and it appeared to fix the problem I was having.
