Nanohardening

Does Nanohardening protect against rocket collateral damage? The wiki suggests so, but my buildings are still destroyed by a stray rocket. Am I missing something, do I need to research something else or is the wiki just wrong and there is no protection?

There's no protection against stray rockets. The rocket launcher, being insanely powerful, has to be deployed only where and how the situation merits.
