Are the achievements accumulative?

To get the Endless Multimillionaire achievements, do I have to get 5 and 10 million points in one sitting? Or does the game keep a tally of all the points you score over several sessions? Likwise with the Survival Millionaire, do I have to get a million points in one go?

EDIT: I think I've answered my own question since making this post. No, the scores are not accumulative. I have to get 10 mill in one session. That's easily doable. Not sure about getting a high score in Survival mode though, when that mode ends after a minute or two regardless of how full I keep the dandelion clock.
