Need a Steam Guard verification code

I recently re-installed Steam on my computer and I never got an email for my Steam Guard verification code. I then sent a Steam Support ticket and haven't heard back yet. This is taking awhile

If it's the same pc, you wouldn't need an acces code.
Correct me if i'm wrong.

So even if you just reinstall steam on the same pc, you have to input a new acces code?

Pretty much dejerre. Weird, isn't it? Oh well, I got my code so I'm all set! Except I still can't get TF2, Portal, or my HL2 games to redownload

Well unfortunately those tips didn't work peluxa1 Each time I try downloading one of my Orange Box games, it says the servers are still too busy
