Screenshots in non-steam games?

Hi there. How to make and upload screenshots in non-steam game, in which steam overlay not working? (I mean warcraft 2 battle.net edition, and the same in warcraft 3, F12 doesn`t work)
Shift+tab and F12 doesn`t working, and I can`t make and upload some screenshots. Any tips? Thanks!

I'd suggest Fraps - although you only want to take screenshots, not videos. It's a great little tool, absolutely worth its money (you get free updates for lifetime!), and can IMHO be considered as the de-facto standard (no bashing intended) that its competitors are measured up against. Having said that, there are alternatives to Fraps out there, but I can't give any tips since I went for Fraps. Google for "fraps alternatives".

Thanks but I mean make and upload screenshot to steam community. If I make screenshot via Fraps, how to upload it to steam community? That is a question...

Hmm, i just ran a non-Steam game, took a screenshot with F12 and uploaded it to my community profile while the game was still running. Seems the overlay is a needed part for taking screenshots.

If the overlay doesn't work, you can't use Steam to take screenshots to upload to the community.

Not in all games Steam overlay in game works. Example Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

You simply can't unless you label them as a game available on steam (and compatible with the overlay).
