DS2 Ammo count not showing

I have the game for the 360, but this is probably a problem with other versions too. Randomly, my guns will not show how much ammo i have until i switch to another weapon.
Also anyone else getting that bug where ur gun disappears from ur inventory and is back for sale at the store? I had to reload my save to get it back.

The ammo count not showing I got that, for PC CE, non steam version.

But not for any items disappearing...
